Preparation for Lendy Cowes Week 2017

After the RORC Channel Race, we have been preparing WINSOME and ourselves for Cowes Week 2017. I do not know how many times WINSOME participated already. Perhaps 18 times?

On Wednesday we took delivery of WINSOME at Berthon Lymington. The entire crew arrived in the course of the day.

We did some training on Thursday and Friday which was not optimal because of B&G problems. Geoffrey Wroath helped us out but even he could not solve all the problems. Thanks anyhow Geoffrey.

We bought new Genoa sheets, 12 mm this time and tested our new UK-De Vries G3.

Now we feel being ready for this regatta. Our target is to become 1st in IRC-5 Class.

Sometimes a small Ronkertje is needed.

We are ready for good racing. Our result will depend on several factors.
