Another day of preparation. Richard arrived whilst Leen was still on his way.

We tried to calibrate the compass, but in spite of 5 turns of 360 degrees on the Solent we did not succeed.

We hoisted the main and the S1-L which was looking ok. That the Sevenstar logo was not in it, we knew already. Otherwise it looked beautifull.

At the Medina we took fuel at Lallows whilst Leen meantime arrived with the Red Jet.

The kitchen-department bought more and more and more and I believe that we have now more food on board than ever, incl. the Sevenstar Round Britain/Ireland Race.

Then Richard Klabbers was hoisted into the top of the mast with the aim to spray McLube into the Tuff-Luff tracks.

This was our last day of preparation.

For me as Skipper RORC reserved a seat at the dinner for 100 years resp. 50 Fastnet Races with Her Majesty Princess Anne.
